New elementary school for the Central Triad at the Laramie County School District #1. This school was a prototype of the Meadowlark Elementary School, both of which have 5th and 6th grade students designed to prepare students for a smoother transition to junior high school and to reduce the populations in the current elementary schools. The building has a variable air volume (VAV) system served by semi-custom rooftop air handling units with energy recovery. The heating system is served by high efficiency condensing boilers and variable speed pumps.
